Brady Howe, MS, ATC, CSCS, serves as a Mental Performance Coach at Choulet Performance Psychiatry, bringing over a decade of experience in elite athletic performance and sports medicine.
With an extensive background that includes leadership roles with the NBA’s Phoenix Suns and Atlanta Hawks, Brady has a proven track record of optimizing athlete health and performance at the highest level. He is also the Director of Sports Medicine at Grand Canyon University. Prior to joining Choulet Performance Psychiatry, he spent six years as the Vice President of Health and Performance for the Phoenix Suns, where he integrated medical and performance departments to provide comprehensive care for the team’s athletes.
Brady’s experience spans professional and collegiate sports, including positions with the Utah Jazz's G League affiliate and Weber State University, his alma mater. He holds a master’s degree in sport performance and conditioning and another in theoretical psychology, equipping him with a unique blend of expertise in both physical and mental performance.
As part of Choulet Performance Psychiatry, Brady applies his knowledge to help executives, athletes, and high-performing individuals achieve peak mental and physical performance.
