Katherine Gallardo, M.D. is a board-certified psychiatrist specializing in anxiety, ADHD, and mood disorders in female professionals. Born and raised in the Southwest, Dr. Gallardo completed undergraduate studies with a B.S. in Psychology with Honors at the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona. Her journey continued with medical school at Creighton University, where she earned her MD (2016), with substantial clinical experience in Phoenix at St. Joseph’s Hospital. For residency she trained at Harvard Longwood Psychiatry Residency Training Program in Boston, MA (main training hospitals Brigham & Women’s Hospital and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center). Here, she gained significant clinical exposure in large academic hospitals as well as at esteemed establishments like Harvard University Health Service and Massachusetts Mental Health Center. She returned back to her hometown of Phoenix, AZ to continue to bring excellent care in private practice.

Dr. Gallardo’s areas of expertise are ADHD, Anxiety, and Mood Disorders in women and working professionals. In order to better serve mothers of all ages, Dr. Gallardo received certification in perinatal mental health through training with Postpartum Support International. She enjoys working with patients to build better treatment plans that lead to better quality of life. Dr. Gallardo is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Psychiatric Association, the American Psychoanalytic Association, and Postpartum Support International.
