Dr. Jani is a dedicated clinical health and performance psychologist committed to promoting holistic well-being through evidence-based interventions and compassionate care. With a solid understanding of the intricate interplay between mental, emotional, and physical health, Dr. Jani specializes in providing comprehensive psychological services to individuals striving for optimal health, performance and vitality.

Dr. Jani uses a person-centered approach and utilizes tailored interventions to meet the unique needs and goals of each patient. Grounded in empathy and respect, her therapeutic style fosters a safe and supportive environment where individuals can explore challenges, gain insight, and cultivate resilience.

With a focus on integrative and functional health, as well as utilizing skills to maximize one’s own potential, Dr. Jani is skilled addressing the complex factors influencing health and wellness outcomes. She enjoys supporting individuals to navigate life transitions, cope more productively, and achieve the best versions of themselves. Dr. Jani is dedicated to empowering patients and helping individuals optimize performance in order to enhance their quality of life and achieve holistic wellness.

In her last clinical role, she was the Director of Psychology at a regional specialty Heart Hospital for 7 years. Dr. Jani is proud of her educational and clinical training experiences. She is a native east-coaster, where she earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from SUNY at Buffalo and completed her doctoral training in Clinical Psychology at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM). She then completed an APA-Accredited pre-doctoral internship at Friends Hospital, the nation’s first private psychiatric hospital in Philadelphia. Dr. Jani went on to join the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Center of New Orleans, an illustrious private practice in New Orleans, LA wherein she served initially as their first post-doctoral fellow and then went on to join the staff as a full time clinical psychologist.

She has also held various faculty positions in both undergraduate and graduate programs throughout her career.

Finally, Dr. Jani is a member of the National Register for Health Service Psychologists and is additionally certified by PsyPact which allows for inter-jurisdictional Telehealth practice in over 40 states (and counting). Her primary licenses to practice are in Arizona and Arkansas at this time.
